Every chair is completely assembled, and then unassembled for boxing and shipping. Simply follow the directions below and you will soon be ready to enjoy your chairs.

Group the pieces and plastic bags containing the screws as shown in the group photos.

For each group of pieces remove the screws from the bag and start the screws into the countersunk holes on the pieces. Advance the screws into the hole until they protrude slightly from the other side. The protruding screw will help you line up pieces when assembling.
Notice that the seat slats are numbered on the underside of each slat - align these in order as shown at left.

After all the screws are started on all pieces, you are ready to assemble. Follow the sequence on the next page.

Important: Make sure the pieces being attached to each other are pressed against each other with no gap in between and that the screws are lined up to the predrilled holes. Do not overtighten the screws. When using a drill, advance the screw most of the way and then final tighten by hand until snug.
Step 6: start with the middle piece and work toward the outsides.
Steps 7&8: the slats are numbered underneath. Attach #0, then attach the shorter slats #7&8. This will make it easier to line up the holes for the other slats.
Your chairs are
ready to enjoy!!!
